I understand that getting out there and exercising can be hard and intimidating! You’re not the only one to feel that. If I had a penny for every time that I have gotten stuck. I would be rich! So you’re looking for motivation huh? It doesn’t come easy and often times you have to push yourself to get through it. But here is what you can do. Ask a friend or family to help you! or you could even get an app as well that sends reminders. You can have a set time and day to notify yourself to do it! Another thing to give you motivation is to watch workout videos. There are tons of content creators who show off their workouts and their figures. That is one of many things that would make me want to exercise, it gave me some hope that I could do it. You can do it! I know it is easier said than done. but continue on to learn more!

When stuck, remind yourself why you are doing it. Are you doing it to love yourself more? Are you doing it to become stronger? To stay in that mindset, you need to remind yourself that this is to help you feel better, do that even when it is hard. Also, tell yourself you’re doing it to look or feel better about yourself. If it is for health reasons, tell yourself you’re doing it for that. Keep pushing yourself and think of all the positives to it. Another great way to motivate yourself is to create notes and place them in places where you will see them. Like your door or maybe your calendar. If that doesn't work and you feel like you’ve exhausted all your options. Try marking the days you work out on a calendar, make it a goal. Start off slow, start with five minutes of exercise a day or three days a week. Whatever seems fit. Then from there go up.

It is important to start off slow and to do the exercises you like to do first. Then when you get into the groove of things. Add on to it. It’s also very important to practice form and how you are doing it. And you don’t need a fitness instructor to do it! Start by looking things up and finding stuff on YouTube, you could also most likely find it on TikTok. If you don’t start off slow and you go right into it, you’ll be exhausted and not want to do it again. Trust me, I’ve been there before. and it’s hard to get back into it at times.

The most important thing is food, food is fuel. If you aren’t eating enough food, the workout you just did would not have been worth it. When exercising your body takes the nutrients from said food and turns into energy. Eating good food is a big must as well so no rice crispy before you go do a thirty-minute jog on the treadmill. Well, maybe. But making sure you’re eating the right foods while exercising helps give you the energy that you need and helps you with the gains you are looking for.

If you want to be the best, you have to do the things others aren’t willing to do
